The outdoor SUP Yoga / Pilates & Fitness season typically runs from April/May to end September/October where many teachers and venues will schedule regular sessions.
During the winter months some may take their classes indoors to swimming pools or run ad hoc pop up sessions when the forecast looks promising and for special events. Let us know if you know of any and we'll add them to the directory.
